Evangelist Shirley Pearl Govan, 73 of Red Springs transitioned from Earth to Glory Tuesday evening, January 26, 2021 in Red Springs, NC.

Arrangements are as follow:

Viewing will take place on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Jesus Loves You Crusade from 3pm to 5pm and the Homegoing Celebration will take place on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Community Rest Cemetery at 1pm.
