With tender hearts and compassionate hands, the LE Floyd Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of a gentle soul, Mr. James T. Council. Mr. Council quietly transitioned from Earth to Glory on Monday, December 12, 2022, in Veteran House, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Services to commemorate the legacy of Mr. Council are being scheduled and will be as follow:

Viewing: Monday, December 19, 2022, at the St. John Baptist Church from 12pm-1pm.
Homegoing Celebration: Monday, December 19, 2022, at St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Shannon, NC at 1pm.

Interment: St. John Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Council and connected families are receiving services of dignity and distinguished class from the LE Floyd Funeral Home & Cremations of Red Springs, North Carolina.
