Mr. Lacy Richardson, 92 of Raeford, North Carolina was born April 28, 1926 in Robeson County, North Carolina. He transitioned from Labor to Reward on Saturday night, June 23, 2018 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina.

Funeral arrangements are as follow: Viewing will be Friday, June 29, 2018 at the LE Floyd Chapel from 2pm-7pm and the Funeral will take place on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 2pm at St James AME Zion Church in Red Springs and the burial will follow at the Buie Cemetery.
