Mr. Larry B. Carter, 69 formerly of Red Springs transitioned from Earth to Glory on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at The Hospice House in Burlington, NC.

Funeral arrangements are as follow:

Homegoing Celebration will take place on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 12noon at Mack’s Chapel AME Church located on Daniel McLeod Rd in Red Springs, NC with Rev. Keith Davis, Officiating. Burial to follow at Mack’s Chapel Cemetery.
